Fee Structure

Fees and other charges – Residential Property Management

Our fee for managing your property is 8% (plus GST) of rents collected from the property.
Combined credit checks, including Tribunal Order checks and reference checking at a set rate (currently $18 including GST). This rate is only subject to change if the amount we pay for the checks increases.
We on charge the cost of advertising, courier charges, legal costs, maintenance (and other incidentals as agreed to). We do not place a handling fee or markup on any of these costs.
No minimum monthly or account maintenance fee.
No charge for regular property inspections.
No charge for rental appraisals.
No charge for attendances at the Tenancy Tribunal and District Court on your behalf.

What is included in the fee that you pay?

The day to day management of the property and tenancy.
Arranging of maintenance and disbursements as required.
Available to answer tenant or client queries 7 days a week
Regular statements and summaries.
Rental appraisals.

Inspections as follows:
– Pre-move in,
– Six week check after move in to ensure tenant has settled well
– Every three months thereafter
– Follow up inspections as required
– End of Tenancy

Our fee for managing your property is 10% (plus GST) of rents collected from the property.
We on charge the cost of advertising, courier charges, legal costs, maintenance (and other incidentals as agreed to). We do not place a handling fee or markup on any of these costs.
No minimum monthly or account maintenance fee.
No charge for regular property inspections.
No charge for rental appraisals.
No charge for attendances at the Tenancy Tribunal and District Court on your behalf.

What is included in the fee that you pay?

The day to day management of all holiday bookings and guest occupancy.
Replying to all requests for accommodation
Receiving deposits, bonds and final payments as required.
Liaising with guests before their stay with accurate information about your holiday home, answering requests during their stay
Liaising with cleaners, garden maintenance and any other regular services you require eg gas, wood, pool cleaning, lawns mowed etc
Arranging of maintenance and disbursements as required.
Available to answer guest or client queries 7 days a week
Regular monthly statements and summaries.
Rental appraisals.

Inspections as follows:
– On take over of the property
– Six monthly or more depending on location of the home
– Follow up or maintenance inspections as required
– End of Tenancy
